Volunteers are needed to help to restore the vegetation in the area near the new boardwalk area at Sunday Park on Saturday, October 28th.

The board had no objection to this proposed antenna.
IX. BRANDERMILL COUNTRY CLUB CONDO UPDATE – President Whitfield announced that the Brandermill Country Club withdrew its application for a site plan review for the proposed condominium development. They have signed a letter of intent and will join with the Midlothian Tennis Club to provide a full-service tennis facility which will include indoor and outdoor tennis courts. All plans for this project will be reviewed by the BCA Commercial Architectural Review Board. As a follow-up, the Chesterfield County Planning Department concluded there was not sufficient BCA open space to develop the proposed condo project, and that it is not inconsistent with the open space policy to enclose tennis courts since it is a recreational facility.
