“A Hot Diggetty Dog Fourth of July” is the theme for the 2009 BCA festivities, so dress up your pooch and enjoy the parade and the fun.

On Saturday the fourth, the parade will begin making its way from Swift Creek Middle School down Brandermill and Millridge Parkways to Sunday Park at 10 a.m. Parade line-up begins at 9 a.m.
