Brandermill Woman’s Club members have been hard at work preparing for the club’s Holly Day Bazaar to be held at the Tomahawk Ruritan Club on Saturday, November 14 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Proceeds from the event will help fund two Clover Hill High School scholarships awarded by the club each year, and the Central Virginia Food Bank, which has been adopted as the club’s 2009-2010 community service project.

The Holly Day Bazaar will feature festive holiday vendor booths with everything from holiday crafts, wreaths and arrangements to jewelry, pottery, ceramics, antiques, collectables, cookware, cosmetics, handbags and more.

A silent auction will be held, along with several raffles. A delectable array of homemade baked goods prepared by club members will be offered for purchase, and a “lunch counter” will also be open, so attendees are encouraged to come hungry.

Admission to the Holly Day Bazaar is free and the event is open to the public.

Tomahawk Ruritan Club is located off Bailey Bridge Road, across from the Goodwill store on U.S. Route 360.
