Yearly assessments for 2018 are $580. Assessments can be paid in full at the beginning of the year. If paying quarterly, the assessments are due the first day of each quarter. A late fee is charged if payment is not received by the 25th of the first month of each quarter. Payment coupons will be mailed to all homeowners at the beginning of each year who do not have a credit card or voided check on file with the accounting department. |Payment on file: A resident can have a credit card or voided check saved on file with the BCA and their assessment will be deducted automatically at the first of each quarter.|
|Online: Residents may log-in to the resident section at www.brandermill.com and pay their assessments.|
Statements are mailed monthly to all delinquent accounts reflecting the amount owed, including any finance charges and late payment penalties. Accounts that are past due are subject to being forwarded to the BCA collection attorney. All property owners with delinquent accounts will be responsible for all costs of collection, including attorney fees and court costs. Charges for covenant violations are treated as assessments. Delinquency can result not only in additional costs, but also in a judgement and a lien being filed against the owner.
