2024 VOTING INFORMATION

Online voting is now open! Ensure you look out for your online voting information via Vote HOA Now, which should have been emailed out to you on Monday, March 11th. This email will contain your registration pin and the link to the online voting platform.

Please make sure to add [email protected] to your safe sender list so you can participate in the vote.

Voting online is easy and quick! Follow these steps:

1. Receive the email and click the link to go to the voting site.

2. Register to vote by entering your name, email, and creating a password.

3. Make your choices on the ballot and submit.

On March 15th, the Annual Mailing Notice will be mailed out via USPS, including a paper proxy and other pertinent election details.

Hey, BCA Members!

Board Elections are coming up in April– The BCA seeks two (2) qualified community members to serve on our Board of Directors for the next three years. There are three candidates running this year.

The community will have the opportunity to speak to these three candidates in person at the upcoming Candidate Panel with Q&A hosted by the Communications and Marketing Committee. The meeting will take place on March 13th, at 6:00 pm, at the North Beach Clubhouse. Submit your questions for the candidates here: [email protected].

Boating

Members have exclusive access to the Swift Creek Reservoir from 4 different locations throughout the community.

The Swift Creek Reservoir is a 1,700-acre impoundment containing approximately 5.2 billion gallons of water, encompassing 61.9 square miles of the northwest part of the county.

Pools

Brandermill is home to three pools and access is automatic as a member of the Association!

Pools are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Recreation

Picnic pavilions are available for family gatherings, a quiet Sunday afternoon with the kids, or a company picnic.

The little ones will love the swings, slides, and jungle gyms at our parks and neighborhood playgrounds.
